For the first time in the history of the national political conventions, the nominee addressed the delegates and a worldwide television audience live via satellite from campaign stops on the road. During the first two nights of the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, Limelight Executive Producer Kenny Reff made the shots possible. Immediately afterward, Reff and team produced live interviews with George W. Bush for television networks and local stations during a four-state whistle-stop train tour.
